Dynamic, deeply embodied movement training and somatic practices for empowered women.
Consciously created movement and somatic instruction designed to strengthen your body, balance your nervous system, and reconnect you to your inner wisdom.
Built on What We Know to Be True
Our work is rooted in three core beliefs:
Our bodies carry wisdom and innate intelligence that can lead us to our most aligned life. We only have to learn to listen.
We do not need to choose between physical fitness and spiritual practice. The two can and should exist in the same place.
The journey truly is the gem. Consistent practices that align the body, balance the nervous system and connect us gently and deeply to our most authentic selves lead us to become stronger and more resilient, filled with unshakable self love, confident in our inner wisdom, and capable of finding joy beyond our wildest dreams.

“It had been a while since I had taken Pilates and through Alysha, I was reintroduced to mat class. I instantly was hooked. She helped me get back into the routine and rhythm of Pilates. Every class introduces new moves as you get better at one pose or exercise you get to learn a newer and harder one. Alysha helps with any issues your body may have by teaching restorative Pilates along with the more aggressive mat class. AMAZING. She helped me get very strong and way more focused. I now have been taking Pilates for 30 years and am still hooked. Thank you Alysha for helping me be the strong woman I am today.”

Meet Alysha
I am Alysha and I am a lover of movement. From a very young age I was fascinated with the many ways bodies could travel through space. As a kid I found endless joy hanging from tree branches, doing cartwheels and dancing in the backyard. I rarely sat still and was very lucky to have a mother who saw this as a good thing. Looking for a way to direct my excess energy, she enrolled me in my first Jazz class at age 7 and it has been an amazing journey of discovery ever since. Exploring the possibilities of the body has been my profession for over 30 years. And while climbing trees is more of a weekend thing now, I am still deeply dedicated to my daily movement practice. To me, moving my body with intention goes much deeper than the desire for an esthetically pleasing body. It is the way I access my unique voice. It is the modality of expression that I believe we are all born with and it directly supports my personal desires to lead a life focused on expansion, empowerment, creative expression and joy. I delight in finding new ways to work with my physical body and adapt to its changing needs and I feel a deep commitment to create opportunity for others in doing the same. My happy place is holding space for my clients to uncover new strengths, expanded awareness, big resilience and their most radiant selves. Empowerment through movement is my jam!
